Full-Time, Onsite | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $25-$29/hr (up to $30/hr for highly qualified candidates)

Position Overview:
A growing financial institution is seeking a customer-focused Universal Banker / Customer Service Representative to join its branch team. This role combines both teller and platform responsibilities and is ideal for someone with prior banking experience who enjoys building customer relationships while supporting day-to-day branch operations. Bilingual Persian (Farsi) candidates are highly preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients with banking needs
- Process routine banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing
- Handle a high volume of phone calls and customer inquiries
- Issue cashier's checks and other banking services
- Perform opening and closing branch procedures
- Balance cash drawers and maintain transaction accuracy
- Conduct daily ATM proof and reconciliation
- Assist with vault operations, including balancing currency and coin inventories
- Refer customers to appropriate banking products and services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Support branch management with additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of banking experience required
- Teller and customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and branch operations
- Bilingual Persian (Farsi) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and cash-handling accuracy
- Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented
- Ability to work onsite full-time
