Acquisition Finance Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Acquisition Finance practice of an elite U.S. law firm in Los Angeles.

Working as part of a highly regarded finance team, you'll advise leading private equity sponsors, financial institutions, corporate borrowers and other market participants on sophisticated acquisition and leveraged finance transactions. The role offers exposure to complex domestic and cross-border financings, with the opportunity to take significant responsibility and work closely with experienced partners on high-value, market-leading mandates.

• Class of 2021 or equivalent level of experience.
• Experience advising on acquisition finance, leveraged finance and other complex lending transactions.
• Strong experience representing sponsors, borrowers and/or lenders on sophisticated financing matters.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills with strong technical knowledge of financing documentation.
• Ability to manage complex transactions and multiple work streams with a high degree of autonomy.
• Strong communication and client management skills with a commercial approach to delivering advice.
