Finance Manager – Industrial Color

• Monitor budget performance, analyze variances and provide actionable financial insights
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and maintain strong financial controls
• Own recurring planning cycles and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time
• Improve financial planning, reporting and operational processes
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined budget and resource allocation
• Support internal controls, audits and corporate governance requirements
• Maintain appropriate financial documentation and support timely resolution of audit findings
• Partner with Marketing, Business Development, Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams
• Develop financial analyses and business cases for investments, product launches, marketing initiatives and cost-efficiency opportunities
• Translate financial data into clear recommendations for business leaders
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and proactively recommend action
• Support budgeting and financial oversight of marketing, creative and production-related initiatives
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects as business needs evolve
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to support decision-making
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting and operational efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or another quantitative discipline
• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Management Consulting or a related finance function
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point
• Comfortable using AI-enabled productivity tools to improve efficiency, automate routine tasks and enhance analysis
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information for business partners
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving unstructured business problems
• Experience with in beauty, cosmetics, consumer products, retail or other brand-led businesses is preferred
• Experience partnering directly with Marketing, Creative, Production or Product Development teams is preferred
• Understanding of marketing budgets, product launches, creative/production spend and resource planning is preferred
• Experience working within a complex, matrixed or global organization is preferred
• MBA and/or CPA is a plus
