Investor Relations Associate

A highly regarded alternative investment firm is seeking an Investor Relations Senior Associate to join its growing team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the firm's fundraising efforts and delivering an exceptional experience for existing and prospective institutional investors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Assist in the development and refinement of investor presentations, pitch books, fundraising materials, and other marketing collateral.
• Support investor relationship management by preparing briefing materials, and tracking follow-up items.
• Prepare and maintain due diligence materials, including DDQs, RFPs, and other fundraising documentation.
• Manage and organize the firm's virtual data room, ensuring materials remain current and accessible.
• Maintain investor records and fundraising activity within the firm's CRM system (Deal Cloud or similar).
• Coordinate investor reporting, quarterly communications, annual meetings, and other investor events.
• Support outreach efforts with existing and prospective institutional investors, consultants, and strategic partners.
• Monitor investor inquiries and ensure timely, thoughtful communication.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, fundraising activity, and competitive intelligence.
• Partner closely with Investment, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure investor-facing materials are accurate, consistent, and up to date.
• Assist with special projects and process improvements that enhance the firm's investor relations and capital formation efforts.

• 2-5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Capital Formation, Fundraising, LP Relations, Institutional Business Development, Marketing, or Communications within private equity, venture capital, growth equity, private credit, hedge funds, investment banking, or alternative asset management.
• Strong understanding of institutional investors and private markets.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Deal Cloud or similar.
• Experience preparing investor presentations, fundraising materials, DDQs, and related marketing collateral.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree required.

$130,000-$175,000 base salary DOE, plus bonus.
