Investment Banking Media & Communications Senior Associate​/Vice President – Los Angeles

Overview

Our Los Angeles office is looking for an experienced Senior Associate or Vice President on the Media & Communications team, working across a broad range of high-profile transactions including M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets. The role offers direct exposure to senior clients and significant responsibility in execution, including financial analysis, valuation, client materials, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates should have an entrepreneurial mindset, strong execution skills, excellent attention to detail, and a demonstrated interest in media, digital, and technology-driven sectors.

Execute across high-profile transactions including M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets. Provide financial analysis, valuation, and preparation of client materials. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Support senior team members with execution and client interactions, contributing to successful outcomes with strong attention to detail and proactive communication.

• 4-6+ years of relevant experience within the investment banking industry, or an MBA with 3+ years of experience, with a proven track record working on complex executed deals across M&A and various industry sectors
• Experience in the media, digital, or technology industry is strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication, client and interpersonal skills
• Commercial instinct and ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA and/or CFA designation would be an asset
• Series licensing or must obtain
