ICG has an opportunity for an SVP-level Corporate Banking Relationship Manager in our Global Industrials and Services division working with large corporate clients with revenues above $1 Billion. This client-oriented individual will handle and grow a complex portfolio of loans, prospect for and close new business relationships as well as retain and expand relationships with existing customers. The Relationship Manager will sell appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients, identifying and successfully capitalizing on One U.S. Bank and making appropriate referrals.

The Relationship Manager’s primary focus involves expanding and servicing a variety of large and highly complex customer relationships, taking a leadership role in all aspects of client relationship management, including dedication to customers, quality, accountability, loan and deposit growth, and fee income growth.

Base pay for this role usually falls within $200,000 to $300,000. Additional considerations regarding base pay levels are based on candidate qualifications. Your compensation expectations will be discussed with a U.S. Bank recruiter if you are contacted to discuss the role further.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field
• Typically 10 or more years of banking experience

• Advanced credit skills and ability to analyze complex deals and structures.
• Capable of organizing, facilitating, leading, and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
• Introduces solutions to clients in building and strengthening an effective portfolio and increasing share of wallet
• Maximizes client experience by proactive sharing markets updates, trend, and intelligence.
• Leads and coordinates client teams to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients’ individual needs
• Partner successfully with peers to efficiently achieve mutual goals and objectives
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor associate RMs
• Strong leadership abilities and strategic management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Considerable tact, diplomacy, and people skills
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and guidelines.

As a condition of employment, you are required to hold or obtain the following licenses: SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 within 180 calendar days of your start date.
