We are seeking a US-based Interim Payroll Operations specialist to assist with day-to-day payroll processing across our US offices. This role will provide first-level administrative support, data entry, and payroll processing tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-scope US payroll operations at the very least, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Service Now Case Management- Respond to all Service Now (SN) cases and elevate as needed.
- Evaluate incoming AD HOC requests and move them to payroll processing.
- Prepare EIBs based on AD HOCs provided by EOD for payroll processing.
- Confirm address, tax setup, and banking details.
- Follow up with employees as needed.
- Liaise with Benefits partners to obtain retro benefit support.
- Manage To-Do items for LOA or RLOA.
- Escalate urgent PCNs (Releases, Terminations, Off-Cycle bonuses, etc.).
- Perform payroll account reconciliations (ARCs).
- Investigate cash rec discrepancies and provide tax breakouts.
- Complete daily PR to OSV cash/tax collection reconciliation.
- Follow up with NOC/ACH Return employees to update banking information.
- FPC, CPP or 4-7yrs of equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in payroll operations and case management.
- Familiarity with Workday, EIB processing, and Service Now.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is: $35 - $45 Hourly.
