Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Financial Analystto join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $110,000 to $125,000 per year.

• Oversee financial analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring for a portfolio of investment assets and related business activities.
• Prepare financial models, valuations, forecasts, and cash flow analyses to support investment and operational decisions.
• Review financial results, compare actual performance to budgets, and provide insights on key trends and variances.
• Coordinate with external service providers, accounting teams, and internal departments to support reporting, audits, and financial initiatives.
• Develop and enhance reporting processes, financial controls, and data management tools to improve efficiency and decision making.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, investment analysis, or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Previous experience preparing financial reports, managing complex data, and supporting business performance evaluations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.

• CPA credential is preferred.
• Prior experience with real estate investments, partnership structures, investment management, or asset level financial analysis.
• Public accounting or audit experience.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, relationship building, and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and leadership levels.
