Seneca Global Services, LLC is seeking a full-time Natural Resources Financial & Program Analyst to support the Army’s Forestry, Agricultural/Grazing, Fish & Wildlife, and Forestry Reserve Account programs. The analyst will provide financial tracking, reconciliation, data analysis, and syst ems support to strengthen program execution and reporting. The work helps keep collections, execution, and documentation accurate and auditable across these natural-resource accounts.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Reconcile financial data across tracking systems, operating sites, and program offices.
• Support execution and oversight of financial transactions, including tracking, verification, and administrative review.
• Use and monitor federal and program systems such as pay.gov, GFEBS, CFEMS, and the Natural Resources Revenue Tracker (NRRT).
• Review NRRT workflows and data quality and recommend process or system improvements.
• Analyze program performance and trends (collections, obligations, allocations, variances) and flag issues for program leads.
• Track development, review, and approval of financial guidance, regulations, SOPs, funding allocations, spend plans, statutory reports, forms, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate financial tracking across Forestry, Agricultural/Grazing, and Fish & Wildlife program areas, including Forestry Reserve Account activity.
• Develop status reports, reconciliation workbooks, and executive briefing materials.
• Coordinate with installation, command, and HQ stakeholders on data calls and reporting timelines.
• Review work products for accuracy and Army quality standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration, economics, forestry, natural resource management, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in federal or DoD financial tracking, budget execution support, reimbursable-program accounting, or program analysis.
• Demonstrated experience reconciling financial data across ledgers or systems and documenting variances.
• Working knowledge of GFEBS, CFEMS, pay.gov, or comparable federal financial / collection systems.
