• Prepare and review individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns using advanced tax preparation software.
• Ensure all tax documents are accurate, complete, and submitted timely in accordance with federal and state regulations.
• Conduct thorough analysis of financial data, including bookkeeping records and financial statements, to identify potential deductions and credits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements affecting various client types.
• Communicate proactively with clients to gather necessary information, clarify details, and explain complex tax concepts clearly.
• Assist clients with tax planning strategies to optimize their financial outcomes for current and future years.
• Support client acquisition efforts through marketing initiatives and delivering excellent customer service that fosters long-term relationships.

• Will train the right candidates no experience necessary
• Excellent analysis skills combined with meticulous attention to detail for accurate tax return preparation.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional client communication skills to explain complex financial information clearly and professionally.
• Basic math skills coupled with proficiency in 10 key typing for data entry accuracy
• Demonstrated sales aptitude for client acquisition and marketing initiatives that expand the firm's reach.

Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per week
