We are hiring a Financial Modeling Analyst on behalf of our client. This role focuses on building robust financial models to support business planning, valuation, fundraising, and strategic decision-making. It's a great fit for someone with strong quantitative skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

Role & responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and audit three-statement financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Develop valuation models including DCF, LBO, Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions
  • Create scenario and sensitivity analyses to support business and investment decisions
  • Prepare budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis reports
  • Support fundraising, M&A, and due diligence processes with model-based insights
  • Translate business assumptions into structured financial models
  • Prepare presentations and reports summarizing model outputs for leadership and clients
  • Validate data accuracy and ensure models are error-free and well-documented
  • Collaborate with finance, strategy, and business teams to gather inputs and assumptions
  • Continuously update models based on actuals, market changes, and business developments
Preferred candidate profile
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
  • Strong hands-on experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (complex formulas, macros, pivot tables)
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
  • Knowledge of DCF, LBO, Comps, NPV, IRR, and sensitivity analysis
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to simplify complex financial data into clear insights
