Wealth Management, Financial Advisor / Consultant, Portfolio & Asset Management
The Wealth Advisor leads assigned client relationships while continuing to serve as a key advisor on more complex relationships led by Senior Wealth Advisors. This role represents the transition from primarily supporting client relationships to taking direct responsibility for relationship leadership, advice, execution, and the overall client experience.
Wealth Advisors lead financial planning conversations, independently develop recommendations, manage client engagements and advisory teams, and proactively identify evolving client needs and opportunities. They are also expected to begin developing a defined area of market focus, build relationships with centers of influence, and contribute directly to the growth of the firm.
This role represents a significant step in relationship ownership and advisory responsibility. Wealth Advisors are expected to exercise independent judgment, identify planning opportunities and risks, communicate recommendations effectively, contribute to the development of less experienced team members, and support the continued growth of the firm.
