Director of Finance

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a strategic Director of Finance based in Hollywood, CA (onsite). This role oversees financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational finance across multiple business units supporting gaming, media, and content operations.

• Lead annual budgeting
  , quarterly forecasting
  , and long-range financial planning processes.
• Build financial models and business cases to evaluate new initiatives, investments, acquisitions, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver financial guidance and strategic recommendations

• Produce and present monthly financial reporting packages
  , including variance analyses and performance metrics
  .
• Monitor departmental spending and work with business leaders to ensure alignment with budgets and financial objectives
  .
• Analyze operational and project-level performance to surface risks
  , opportunities
  , and cost-saving initiatives
  .
• Serve as a primary liaison between divisional leadership and corporate finance teams.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and optimization of financial planning systems and reporting tools
  .
• Assist with financial due diligence
  , investment analysis
  , and strategic planning initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Business Development, Production, Marketing, Accounting, and Executive Leadership.
• Drive process improvements to increase reporting accuracy, strengthen forecasting capabilities, and improve operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Advanced capabilities in financial modeling

  , and analysis.
• Experience supporting senior executives and presenting financial results to leadership teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, ERP platforms, and reporting tools including Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive
  , or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and business partnering skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proven leadership experience developing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.

• MBA

  , or advanced finance/accounting credentials (strongly preferred).
