** PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Inter-company reconciliation review, analysis and dispute resolution (30+ entities globally).
* Manage intercompany recharges.
* P&L Expense Account Analysis.
* Balance sheet and PL account reconciliations (as assigned).
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for STP processes.
* Reporting for finance team and sales team.
* Automation of reporting and processes.
* Other financial duties as required by the manager.
** PHYSICAL DEMANDS
*** This position is generally sedentary in nature; involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
* Ability to occasionally lift to 10 lbs. required.
* Ability to talk and hear required.
* Ability to perform repetitive motions required.

**** Technical** (Doing skills – job-related knowledge, policies, procedures, techniques)
* The successful candidate should have experience as a staff accountant or similar role.
* Thorough knowledge of proper accounting procedures.
* Familiarity with financial accounting statements.
* Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
* Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc.
* Experience with general ledger functions.
* Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
* Client (internal and external) focus with strong service ethic and skills.
* Methodical, planned and organized with high attention to detail and good time management.
* Knowledge of freight forwarding (preferred)
* Prior experience with Cargo Wise One (CW1) (preferred)
