Under the supervision of the CCBHC Program Director, the CCBHC Quality Measures Coordinator plays a central role in advancing a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across SCHARP’s Crenshaw CCBHC program. This position is designed for candidates with hands‑on Quality Assurance (QA) and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) experience in behavioral health or integrated care settings, rather than a traditional data analyst role.
The CCBHC Quality Measures Coordinator oversees CCBHC quality measures collection, supports fidelity to measurement‑based care and documentation standards, facilitates performance improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with CCBHC, county, state, and federal requirements.

- Equity, Cultural Responsiveness & Trauma‑Informed Practice
- Organization & Attention to Detail
- Proficient in the use of electronic medical records (EMR) software.
- 2–3 years QA/CQI experience in behavioral health or integrated care
- Experience with chart audits and corrective action planning
- Knowledge of CCBHC quality measures and workflows
- Experience working with diverse, underserved populations
- Working knowledge of behavioral health conditions, depression screening tools, SUD criteria, and population health workflows.
- Strong analytical and Excel/EHR reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary clinical teams.
- Subject to California State Department of Justice criminal background investigation, Live Scan and/or fingerprinting.
- Conduct chart audits and compliance reviews
- Monitor screening and follow‑up timeliness
- Lead CQI initiatives using PDSA or similar frameworks
- Prepare quality summaries and support audits
- Provide staff coaching and training
- Support measurement‑based care workflows
