If you have experience in healthcare regulatory or transactional matters, including:
- Healthcare regulatory compliance (Stark, Anti‑Kickback Statute, HIPAA)
- Provider operations, reimbursement, and payer issues
- Licensing, accreditation, CMS, and Medicare/Medicaid compliance
- Physician group structuring, MSOs, and ASC formation
- Behavioral health and telehealth advisory work
- M&A and transactional support involving healthcare organizations
- Internal investigations and government enforcement defense

DutiesAdvise healthcare providers, hospitals, and healthcare organizations on regulatory compliance.
Analyze and counsel on Stark, Anti‑Kickback, HIPAA, reimbursement, and CMS requirements.
Support physician group structuring, MSOs, ASCs, and provider‑side operational issues.
Assist with healthcare transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and restructurings.
Conduct internal investigations and respond to government inquiries or audits.
Draft agreements, policies, and compliance documentation for healthcare clients.
Provide guidance on behavioral health, telehealth, and emerging digital health models.
Requirements- 1–10+ years of healthcare regulatory or transactional experience.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare laws.
- Experience working with healthcare providers, payors, or health systems.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Strong communication and advisory abilities.
- Ability to understand complex healthcare regulatory frameworks.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple client needs.
- Effective at building long‑term client relationships.
- Capable of handling both regulatory and transactional healthcare work.
