Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various massage techniques and be comfortable working in a collaborative, patient-focused healthcare environment. The position offers competitive compensation and flexible scheduling options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Work in conjunction with chiropractors, physical therapists, and acupuncturists to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Educate patients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide self-care recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations and professional standards.

    • Qualifications:

  • Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of California.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in multiple massage techniques, including deep tissue, sports massage, and myofascial release.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

    • Compensation:

    $25-$30 per patient per hour. Minimum wage for office hours when not seeing patients. Pay range: $25 to $50 per hour based on experience and performance.
