Ultrasound Technologist, Per Diem

Overview

Responsible for performing exams in the following modalities:
Diagnostic and/or vascular ultrasound. Act as lead and mentor staff providing technical guidance in specific modalities. On-call, weekend and holiday coverage participation is required.

• Perform exams in modalities including Diagnostic and/or vascular ultrasound.

• On-call, weekend and holiday coverage participation is required.

• One year of experience in an acute hospital setting. Performs a wide range of invasive and non-invasive ultrasound and/or vascular procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Problem-solving skills

• BLS
• LA City fire card within 6 months of employment
• RDMS required
