Join a dynamic pediatric therapy team as a Speech‑Language Pathologist in San Jose, CA, offering full‑time or part‑time roles with a salary range of $90,000–$125,000/year.
Responsibilities & Qualifications- Provide 1:1 speech therapy for children, addressing receptive & expressive language, articulation, fluency, feeding/swallowing, and AAC.
- Conduct evaluations, develop play‑based, individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Mentor SLPAs and Clinical Fellows, participate in leadership initiatives, and communicate effectively with families.
- Enjoy flexible scheduling options, including traditional, split, and weekend shifts with additional pay for Saturday sessions.
- Qualifications include CA licensure, CCC from ASHA, with a preference for pediatric experience.
- New therapists are welcomed.
