We are a busy, patient-focused Ear, Nose & Throat and Facial Plastics practice dedicated to providing exceptional medical and cosmetic care in a warm, welcoming environment. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Surgery Scheduler to join our growing team. The ideal candidate loves talking with people and brings a positive, can-do attitude to work every day. While prior surgery scheduling experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

• Schedule surgical procedures for ENT and facial plastic surgery patients
• Coordinate with physicians, surgery centers, hospitals, and anesthesia providers
• Communicate pre-operative and post-operative instructions to patients
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations as needed
• Collect and document required patient information accurately
• Maintain surgery calendars and ensure all documentation is complete
• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
• Maintain doctor credentialing with surgery centers
• Assist front desk with scheduling, answering phones when needed

• Previous surgery scheduling experience preferred (ENT or plastics a plus)
• Background in cosmetics or aesthetic services is a plus, but not required
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Friendly, upbeat personality with a passion for patient care
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not required
