You will actively manage litigation and serve as lead counsel for medical malpractice claims and board inquiries, while also working on proactive risk management and safety solutions related to delivery of services. You will also act as the legal subject matter expert on state practice of medicine laws, FDA compliance, medication procurement, and general healthcare professional scope of practice questions.

Serve as the primary legal advisor for multi-state clinical operations, ensuring compliance with Corporate Practice of Medicine laws, scope of practice requirements, telehealth/GFE protocols, FDA regulations, and medication procurement frameworks. Provide proactive guidance to support compliant growth and new service launches.

Litigation & Regulatory Defense

Lead the company’s medical malpractice portfolio and manage all regulatory inquiries from State Medical Boards, Boards of Pharmacy, Attorneys General, and other governmental bodies. Oversee outside counsel and advise leadership on risk exposure and resolution strategy.
