We are a team of Board Certified Behavioral Analyst and Registered Board Technicians in the field of Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis. We are Autism Specialists that service the entire Los Angeles County, Orange County and Ventura County.

We are committed to utilizing the treatment modalities that are antecedent interventions, the natural environment, direct reinforcement and collaboration between families, caregivers and behavior analysts in order to provide the most effective interventions available and foster independence.

At myHHBS, we are a growing team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts, Master Level Supervisors, Registered Behavior Technicians, and Behavior Therapists in the field of Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy (ABA).
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Behavior Therapists for part-time positions to deliver quality, compassionate and empathetic one-on-one services throughout Los Angeles County. This job is a terrific opportunity to help children develop appropriate social behaviors and life skills. Positions - 5

Location 1: East Los Angeles, Downtown Los Angeles, Huntington Park, Long Beach.

Must be available within the hours of 3:00-7:30 at least 3 days during the week (Mon-Fri)

• Help implement treatment plans as part of a dynamic team under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Master’s level supervisor.
• Collect data on all programs.
• Analyze and assist young clients in developing appropriate social behaviors and life skills
• Record detailed observation notes for every client
• Collaborate with family members to obtain feedback on progress and provide support
• Attend clinical team meetings and training sessions
• Work independently as well as on a team, taking instruction and constructive feedback positively to ensure a high quality of service to the client

• Flexible afternoon/early evening schedule
• Bachelor’sdegree in psychology, social work, or related field(preferred) - Max hourly rate is if applicant has MA/MS degree
• High school diploma/GED certificate and AA/60 college course units(required)
• Spanish(preferred)
• Experience working with children, preferably those with special needs
• RBTcertification (or willingness to become certified)
• Abilityto lift 40 pounds and sit/play on the floor for extended periodsof time
• Negative
  
  TB test within the last 60 days
• Must have valid Driver’s License, proof of insurance, and own transportation
• Passpre-employment background check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Pay Rate: $25-$35 per hour
