Position Title: Head of Contract Manufacturing Services, ADCs
Position Type: Direct Hire
- Vice President Level: $240,000 - $270,000, Bonus: $35%
Based onsite in Seal Beach, CA, the Senior Director or VP of Site Operations will lead all facets of immunotherapy manufacturing at commercial facilities, ensuring consistency, excellence, and strategic alignment across sites. This high-impact leader will drive operational and organizational performance through cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and inspiring leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee safe, compliant, and efficient production of advanced immunotherapies.
- Ensure manufacturing operations exceed quality, regulatory, and enterprise goals across all sites.
- Champion cGMP, quality, and EHS&S standards with facility teams and external partners.
- Represent technical operations in executive and client discussions, as well as FDA and regulatory audits.
- Lead and develop high-performing, multi-site teams; foster a culture rooted in patient focus and innovation.
- Optimize resources, drive productivity, manage budgets, and spearhead key strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with supply chain, R&D, commercial, regulatory, and other functional leaders to propel business success.
- Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree (MS, MBA, PhD) strongly preferred.
- 10–15 years’ progressive experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences manufacturing, with at least 7+ years in operational leadership roles.
- Proven track record in multi-site operations, large-scale project leadership, and regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA, OSHA, EPA).
- Expertise in cGMP, aseptic processing, and EHS&S principles.
- Excellence in strategic planning, team development, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical mindset and ability to drive results in complex, fast-paced environments.
