- Clinical Excellence:
Compassionate, trauma‑informed, evidence‑based programming centered on each child’s unique strengths
- Oversee individualized ABA programs and provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians
- Conduct assessments (e.g., VB‑MAPP, FBA, Vineland) and design effective, data‑driven treatment plans
- Lead parent and caregiver training
- Collaborate with schools, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
- Travel locally within your assigned region to support clients and staff
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- DOJ/FBI background clearance and TB test
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to ethical, compassionate, and evidence‑based care
- Comfort working with children who may display challenging behaviors. This role involves active engagement and may require standing, kneeling, running, reaching, and assisting clients as needed (up to 50 lbs), using proper body mechanics.
