Job SummaryOversees all aspects of quality policy setting, implementation and maintenance of quality programs, patient experience and customer service, and assist in provider credentialing and peer review programs. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgment.

Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare related field or equivalent combination of education/related experience:
Required - Master's Degree:
Preferred - Seven years' related experience:

Preferred - Five years' ambulatory or other related nursing experience:

- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice:

- Provides support and leadership in the areas of clinical performance and process improvement, guidance and/or facilitation in response to risk, safety, and licensing issues for the organization.
- Oversees development and management of medical group policies and standards in an outpatient healthcare setting.
- Participates, with other senior ambulatory personnel, in the analysis, planning and strategy formulation of ambulatory entity goals and the implementation of plans and programs; analyzes practice operations and needs to determine potential enhancements or improvements to procedures and activities.
- Determines departmental fiscal requirements and approve budgetary recommendations for assigned practices; monitors and verifies reconciliation of expenditure of budgeted funds.
- Establishes major schedules, task assignments and allocation of manpower, space and equipment to ensure conformance with commitments for assigned ambulatory clinics/practices.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
