Are you a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who’s passionate about strengthening families and nurturing emotional well‑being from the start? e’s Family Services, we’re seeking a contracted LCSW to support our early childhood programs and help ensure every child has a strong, healthy foundation.

e’s, we believe transformational care begins with connection. We walk alongside families from pregnancy through parenthood and beyond—creating safe, supportive environments where children and caregivers can thrive.

• Provide trauma-informed mental health support and consultation to educators, families, and young children (ages 0–5)
• Collaborate with our early education and family services teams to promote resilience, well‑being, and developmental growth
• Help create nurturing environments where families feel seen, supported, and empowered

• A current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in California
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred)
• Experience working with young children and families, especially in community‑based or educational settings
• Excellent communication, cultural humility, and collaboration skills
• Availability for up to 18 hours per week as a 1099 contractor
• Ability to travel to both Los Angeles (90026) and Lynwood (90262) locations

Because this is a contracted position funded by government sources, all interested applicants must submit a bid as part of their application. Your bid should include:
