Speech Language Pathologist

Provides direct patient care as a Speech‑Language Pathologist, evaluating and treating speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders to optimize patient outcomes.

Develops and implements treatment plans, conducts evaluations, documents progress accurately, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers.

Supervises clinical staff, manages documentation and billing, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.

Contributes to professional development through continuing education, team presentations, and staying current with clinical best practices.

Promotes a positive facility culture by demonstrating professionalism, excellent communication, and customer service.

Maintains safe work practices, including equipment safety, proper body mechanics, and hazard identification.

Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, current licensure, CCC‑SLP certification, and 2‑3 years of relevant experience. Must meet physical requirements for patient care and hold CPR certification if required.
