• Prepare pastry items according to guest orders with consistent quality, following recipe cards and production, portion, and presentation standards; complete mise en place and set up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.
• Operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment, including food processor, mixer, and oven.
• Maintain a clean and efficient station.
• Manage and prioritize tasks by shift.

• High school education, cooking school or culinary institute education, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years culinary or related work experience. Basic culinary knowledge is expected; working knowledge is generally learned on‑the‑job.
• Flexible schedule; ability to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, with the possibility of overnight shift.
