Aboutthe Role
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily lounge operations, support and coach front-line service teams, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of service, presentation, and care. You’ll play a key role in maintaining an elevated atmosphere while delivering seamless, memorable experiences to travelers from around the world.
What We’re Looking For- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or premium service environments.
- Background in high-end, luxury dining, hotels, fine dining, or premium hospitality concepts strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail and presentation.
- Professional, polished presence with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must meet airport security requirements and be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Supervise day-to-day food and beverage operations within a premium lounge environment.
- Lead, coach, and motivate service staff to deliver polished, attentive, and personalized service.
- Uphold luxury hospitality standards in food presentation, cleanliness, and guest engagement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company service standards.
- Partner with culinary and lounge leadership to maintain smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.
- Step in to resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and poise.
