As an Events Manager We rely on you to:

作为宴会及会议统筹经理,我们希望您承担以下职责:

  • Assists Director of Events Management in achieving revenue goal of department.
  • Accurate administrate and control all Events bookings, maximum function space occupancy rate, revenue and guests’ satisfaction.
  • Work closely with reactive sales and operation departments to handle events successfully.
  • Supervise event executives and coordinators in their daily work by offering advice and guidance.
  • Become familiar with any assigned sales file, review proposal, and discuss profile on group with the appropriate sales personnel.
  • Specialize Food and Beverage programs by tailoring to fit client’s needs.
  • Always maintain a professional image both in appearance/attire and conduct when dealing with the client/meeting planner and fellow hotel employees.
  • Contact the client / meeting planner by phone to introduce and follow up with a letter.
  • Acts as a liaison between client / meeting planner and all hotel operations department.
  • Ensure all information is detailed, correct and all billing arrangements are specified.
  • 协助宴会销售总监达到并超过部门收入预算。
  • 准确地管理签约会议团队/宴会预定,最高限度地提高宴会厅使用率、营业额、以及客户满意度。
  • 督导宴会统筹经理、宴会统筹主任及协调员的日常工作。

  • 为客户提供相应的餐饮配套。
  • 在与客户的交流中能一直保持专业的形象,不管在外表或言行举止。
  • 打电话与客户/会议企划者交流并且以书面的形式进行追踪。
  • 能有效地联络客户/会议企划者与酒店运行部门的配合。
  • 确保所有信息的详细,所有记账的精准。

    * hotel environment
