Deliver hospitality at an international standard of excellence. Within the Korean Air Premium Lounge at LAX, service is defined by grace, anticipation, and meticulous attention to detail. As a Floor Attendant, you play an integral role in shaping a refined and seamless experience for First Class, Prestige Class, and Sky Team Elite Plus travelers. This is more than a service position.

• Provide attentive, anticipatory service that reflects white-glove hospitality standards.
• Maintain the lounge floor with precision, ensuring seating areas, dining spaces, and guest amenities are pristine and presentation-ready at all times.
• Engage guests with warmth and professionalism, offering assistance before it is requested.
• Support culinary and bar service teams to ensure fluid, uninterrupted guest experiences.
• Monitor guest flow and adapt gracefully during peak international departure periods.
• Uphold all airport, TSA, OSHA, and Korean Air safety and service standards.

• Korean and English language skills highly preferred.
• Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, private clubs, premium lounges, or other elevated hospitality environments.
• A polished presence with strong situational awareness and emotional intelligence.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to anticipate guest needs intuitively.
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced international airport setting while maintaining composure.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
