Justin Bradley’s client is a national wealth management firm that is looking to grow their advisor network and enhance their service offerings. The team is looking to bring on a Recruiter to support the M&A team in attracting and recruiting Financial Advisors to join their firm.

The Recruiter will become an integral part of a team comprised of dynamic, collaborative, and client‑centric professionals who help find advisors who will be a strategic fit for the firm.

• Identify and proactively reach out to high‑potential financial advisors.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships with prospective advisors and leverage industry networks, databases, and events to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough assessments of advisor practices, including client base, AUM, compliance history, and operational structure.
• Facilitate contract negotiations and coordinate with M&A Department Head and Executive Team.
• Partner with SEIA HR for onboarding and integration of new advisors, ensuring a smooth transition and satisfaction post‑employment.
• Manage recruiting CRM, build processes and pipeline activities.

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three years’ experience in financial advisor recruiting, preferably within the RIA or wealth management space.
• Strong understanding of advisor compensation models, and industry regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.

Compensation Range: $90,000/year – $100,000/year
