Pay Rate Low: 130000 | Pay Rate High: 110000
Growing Health & Wellness company is seeking a HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
Title: Human Resources Manager
Salary: $110-130K
Location: Los Angeles, CA This is a hybrid position (Must be onsite 3 days/week)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles.
- Onboard new employees, ensuring smooth orientation and training.
- Provide guidance on HR-related issues and foster a positive work environment.
- Resolve conflicts and performance issues fairly and promptly.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and ensure competitive packages.
- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews.
- Develop career paths, training programs, and succession plans for key roles.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and organize company events.
- Manage HR systems (HRIS, payroll) and produce regular HR reports.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (SHRM-CP or PHR preferred).
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a mid-sized or growing company.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, particularly in the nutraceutical industry.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.
