Growing Health & Wellness company is seeking a HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

** Los Angeles, CA This is a hybrid position (Must be onsite 3 days/week)

* Schedule:
** Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
** Direct Hire*
* ** Key Responsibilities** **:*
* + Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles.
+ Onboard new employees, ensuring smooth orientation and training.
+ Provide guidance on HR-related issues and foster a positive work environment.
+ Resolve conflicts and performance issues fairly and promptly.
+ Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and ensure competitive packages.
+ Implement performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews.
+ Develop career paths, training programs, and succession plans for key roles.
+ Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
+ Drive employee engagement initiatives and organize company events.
+ Manage HR systems (HRIS, payroll) and produce regular HR reports.
** Qualifications** **:*
* + Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (SHRM-CP or PHR preferred).
+ 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a mid-sized or growing company.
+ Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, particularly in the nutraceutical industry.
+ Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.
