Talent Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant
The Disability, LOA & Case Management Specialist is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of employee leave and disability programs in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This requires a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite in West LA.
What You Will Work On- Administer and process FMLA, CFRA, ADA, PDL, STD, LTD, Workers’ Compensation, and other statutory or company‑sponsored leave programs.
- Manage a high‑volume caseload, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently, accurately, and within required timelines.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advising managers and employees on eligibility, documentation requirements, return‑to‑work, and accommodations.
- Coordinate interactive process discussions related to ADA/FEHA accommodations, including documentation review and communication with stakeholders.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Safety teams to ensure consistent, seamless, and compliant case handling.
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS/leave management systems, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Monitor ongoing claims, gather necessary medical documentation, and escalate complex cases as appropriate.
- Provide clear and empathetic communication to employees throughout the leave process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery in a high‑volume setting.
- 5+ years of experience in LOA/disability administration, case management, or benefits operations (healthcare experience preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, FEHA, CFRA, PDL, HIPAA, and relevant state and federal regulations.
- Experience managing large caseloads with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide guidance to employees and leaders with clarity and empathy.
- Proficiency with HRIS, case management tools, and documentation workflows.
- Ability to navigate confidentiality, compliance requirements, and complex caseloads with accuracy and professionalism.
