This position is hybrid onsite in Los Angeles. Only candidates open to being in office will be considered.

• 1 year of work experience, ideally in Technology and Sales.

• Own multiple aspects of the candidate pipeline including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
• Conducting web research/searches.
• Screening applicant resumes.
• Conducting pre‑qualification interviews on the phone and on Zoom.
• Performing reference checks.
• Soliciting new clients.
• Cold‑calling.
• Candidate relationship building and management.
• Participate in networking events.
• Read training materials and participate in training exercises.

25/hr to start, non‑exempt (which means you get paid OT).
