HR Manager (Bilingual - English/Spanish)

On-Site | Full-Time

$105,000 - $115,000 per year

R.W. Zant LLC and its subsidiaries (Commodity Sales, LLC / R-Dub Foods LLC) are seeking a dynamic, hands‑on HR Manager to lead on‑site Human Resources operations. This works directly with operational leadership and front‑line teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead employee relations matters and workplace investigations

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding

  • Ensure compliance with California & Federal employment laws

  • Administer FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, and leave programs

  • Maintain HRIS and employee personnel records

  • Conduct required harassment & discrimination training

  • Partner with leadership on safety initiatives and lead the Safety Committee

  • Support DOT compliance for Class A & B drivers

  • Drive internal HR communications and culture initiatives

  • You understand California wage & hour laws deeply - and apply them proactively

  • You are bilingual and comfortable navigating conversations at all levels of the organization

  • You lead with integrity, discretion, and approachability

What You Bring
  • BA Degree required

  • 5‑7+ years of progressive HR experience

  • Bilingual English/Spanish (required)

  • Strong knowledge of CA & Federal labor law

  • Experience in DOT‑regulated environments preferred

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
