People Specialist (Assignment - Career Growth, Learning & Mobility Tools)

The People Specialist, Career Growth, Learning, & Mobility Tools advances the functions of the department using excellent process, emerging technology, and agile work approaches. This role will execute the launch and day‑to‑day management of Welbe Health’s Learning, Career, & Connection Hub—a set of tools, resources, and programs designed to support team member growth, mobility, and engagement. The People Specialist will manage learning and career development platforms, coordinate professional development and career progression programs, and partner cross‑functionally on content creation.
This role will support and maintain career growth policies and guidelines, cultivate community and education partnerships that expand development opportunities, and oversee vendor relationships tied to learning, career, and mobility programs. This role works closely with People leadership and functional partners to deliver a consistent, inclusive, and high‑quality career growth experience, and will also flex to support the WLP team with additional programs as needed.

- Operates as a senior individual contributor driving enterprise‑level programs, process design, and scalable solutions that directly enable our growth and mission expansion, unlike traditional HR roles that focus on case management or employee relations.

- Manage, design, develop, coordinate, conduct, and execute programs, processes, or other areas of responsibility.
- Execute and continuously improve within the People department assignment area, soliciting and leveraging customer/client feedback.
- Track results and KPIs and continually take actions for improvement.
- Lead project or process improvement efforts that involve multi‑disciplinary team members.
- Oversee ongoing organizational initiatives that enable and improve company culture and team member experience.
- Standardize People team practices/processes to support Welbe Health’s scale and replicability mission expansion aspirations in alignment with our values.
- Ensure HR services are delivered with high quality service excellence principles and a commitment to compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree, commitment to attain a bachelor’s degree within three years, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in HR, operations, strategy, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience managing learning, career development, or internal mobility programs.
- Experience building or managing an intranet, learning hub, or digital career resource center.
- Expertise managing career development tools, platforms, and vendor relationships (e.g., LMS, talent marketplaces, content providers).
- Strong background in program management and content coordination.
- Strong analytical skills, including use of Excel and other technologies.
Salary/Wage base range for this role is $74,603 - $98,500 + Bonus.
