Pay Rate Low: 130000 | Pay Rate High: 110000

Growing Health & Wellness company is seeking a HR Manager who will oversee all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and performance management.

Title: Human Resources Manager

Salary: $110-130K

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid. Must be onsite 3 days/week)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles.
  • Onboard new employees, ensuring smooth orientation and training.
  • Provide guidance on HR-related issues and foster a positive work environment.
  • Resolve conflicts and performance issues fairly and promptly.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and ensure competitive packages.
  • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews.
  • Develop career paths, training programs, and succession plans for key roles.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and organize company events.
  • Manage HR systems (HRIS, payroll) and produce regular HR reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (SHRM-CP or PHR preferred).
  • 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a mid-sized or growing company.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, particularly in the nutraceutical industry.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.
