Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Design and manage compensation and benefits programs
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and ensure regular performance reviews.
- Prepare and present reports on HR activities and outcomes to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Promote continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, and 5 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations (California, Nevada, Texas) and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring HR teams.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and decision-making skill in a fast paced work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
