A nationally recognized firm is seeking a mid-level Labor & Employment Associate (3-5 years) to join its premier Los Angeles office.

The Practice
You will work alongside nationally respected L&E partners handling:

• Wage & hour class actions
• PAGA representative actions
• Single-plaintiff employment litigation
• FEHA-based discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims
• Whistle blower matters
• Arbitration, mediation, and trial proceedings

The team is deeply engaged in cutting-edge employment litigation and regularly handles matters with significant exposure and strategic impact.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of employment litigation experience
• Substantial wage & hour and PAGA exposure
• Arbitration, mediation, and/or trial experience desired
• Strong academic credentials
• Polished writing skills and client-ready presence
• California Bar admission or eligibility
