Employment Litigation Associate (3-5 Years)
A nationally recognized firm is seeking a mid-level Labor & Employment Associate (3-5 years) to join its premier Los Angeles office.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a high-performing employment litigator who thrives on complex, high-stakes matters and is looking for a sophisticated platform with meaningful courtroom exposure and long-term growth.
The Practice
You will work alongside nationally respected L&E partners handling:
- Wage & hour class actions
- PAGA representative actions
- Single-plaintiff employment litigation
- FEHA-based discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims
- Whistle blower matters
- Arbitration, mediation, and trial proceedings
