Talent Attraction Specialist – You will source and recruit candidates to fill temporary, temp‑to‑hire, and direct‑hire finance and professional roles for moderately complex, specialized clients. You will work with urgency, interview candidates, and match them with the right organizations and careers.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3 years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• High adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.

Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $80,168.40 depending on location, with incentive compensation available.
