Hybrid schedule available- 3 days onsite
A leading global law firm is seeking a Business Services Recruiting Specialist to join its Human Capital & Talent team. This role plays a key part in recruiting Business Services talent while delivering a high‑touch experience to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
About the RoleThe Recruiting Specialist will:
- Serve as a strategic recruiting partner by staying informed on market trends, challenges, and opportunities, and using that insight to shape effective hiring strategies.
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from sourcing through onboarding.
- Represent the organization externally by providing an exceptional candidate experience and delivering strong client service to hiring teams through clear communication and regular touchpoints.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of recruiting technologies, best practices, and compliant selection methods while adhering to all relevant employment laws.
- Partner with recruiting leadership to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that support evolving business needs.
- Lead or support projects that enhance the overall impact and effectiveness of the recruiting function.
- Interview and help train junior team members as needed.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to streamline workflows, improve communication, and support organizational priorities.
- Take on special projects within the team or broader organization as assigned.
- Foster a positive team culture by promoting effective work practices and demonstrating respect for colleagues.
- Safeguard all sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information in accordance with organizational policies.
