Duration: 5 Months with Possible extension
Rate: $55–$65/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate in-person seminars, including venue logistics, materials, menus, and activities.
- Manage participant communications, registrations, and attendance records.
- Liaise with facilitators, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Close out events by collecting feedback, processing payments, and updating records.
- Pilot and apply tech tools to improve planning efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in event planning or program coordination, ideally in a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficient in Google Suite; experience with tools like Airtable a plus.
- Creative, resourceful, and service-minded with a passion for creating impactful experiences.
