Based in NYC, we are a team of ambitious, experienced, and devoted engineers, designers, and marketers. You'll be joining an early team where you'll have an outsized impact on both the product and company's culture.

Please note that all of our roles will require you to be in-person at our NYC HQ (located in Soho)

Own the scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews end-to-end.

Streamline the scheduling process by maintaining a high level of precision, consistency, and timely communication throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle.

Act as an ambassador for Captions externally with the level of warmth, civility, and authenticity that accurately reflects our company, brand, and mission.

Partner closely with our recruiting team, hiring managers, and executive leadership team in refining and optimizing our recruitment process to deliver a truly memorable candidate experience.

Create and implement creative solutions that positively impact hiring velocity, operational efficiency, recruiting productivity, and candidate satisfaction.

1-3 years of recruiting coordination experience, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.

Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Comfortable representing the company externally by bringing a warm, kind, and thoughtful demeanor to the candidates you work with.

Capable of maintaining grace under pressure by staying calm, collected, and organized in a fast moving and unstructured environment.

Experience building or operationalizing strategic recruiting programs is a big plus (interviewer training, new-hire onboarding, reporting, etc.)
