Job SummaryAs a member of our HR team, you will gain hands‑on experience with HR systems, recruitment, policies, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring smooth department operations.
Responsibilities- Assist with full‑cycle recruitment for entry‑level positions.
- Support onboarding (name badges, uniforms, etc.).
- Prepare, process, and review applicant and employee documents.
- Handle COVID‑19 contact tracing, tracking, and email notifications.
- Maintain cooperative relationships with contacts during operations.
- Act as liaison for college/school networks and extern students.
- Address applicant and employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and hiring procedures; refer complex queries to senior HR personnel.
- Organize activities promoting employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and equity.
- Perform additional tasks as delegated.
- 4‑year degree preferred; not required.
- 1–2 years of HR clerical experience preferred.
- Experience with HRIS (Paylocity) preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency required.
- 1–2 years recruitment or application screening experience required.
- Knowledge of labor regulations preferred.
- Sitting for long periods.
- Use of hands and fingers in repetitive motions daily.
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 10 lbs. periodically.
- Travel to clinic locations or sites as needed.
- Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods; may lift office equipment.
