A well-established organization in the Mid-Wilshire area is seeking an experienced HR professional to support the team during a leave coverage. This role will focus on leave administration, timekeeping compliance, and ensuring accurate employee time reporting.
This position is onsite and ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and experienced in managing employee leave processes and auditing time records.
Responsibilities- Manage employee Leaves of Absence (LOA) and related documentation
- Monitor employee timekeeping and ensure compliance with company policies
- Review and audit employee time records for accuracy
- Process and export employee hours and ensure all records are verified prior to payroll
- Support HR operations related to attendance and timekeeping processes
- Assist with employee questions related to time reporting and leave policies
- 5-7+ years of HR experience
- Strong experience handling LOA administration and timekeeping compliance
- Experience reviewing and auditing timecards prior to payroll processing
- Experience with Paylocity preferred, or experience with systems such as ADP and ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Onsite position in the Mid-Wilshire area of Los Angeles
- Flexible hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
