You will develop, implement, and refine standardized processes and workflows for all aspects of U.S. immigration and employee mobility. You will identify opportunities to increase efficiency, leverage technology, and reduce risk through SOPs, process documentation, and analytics. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Legal partners to ensure alignment with EA policies and business objectives.

You will ensure all casework meets EA's standards for quality and legal compliance.
