, you’ll be part of the Talent & Performance team, working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Head of Talent Acquisition You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers — today and tomorrow.

WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE

The Senior Talent Acquisition Lead, Brand & Digital (Maternity Cover) is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment (E2E) across Brand, Marketing, Digital, ECommerce, Consumer Experience, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Consumer Insights and related capability areas.

The role ensures these functions have the talent required to deliver our refreshed strategic direction — supporting growth, consumer experience and brand consistency across global and regional markets.

This role partners closely with functional leaders, HRBPs (Human Resources Business Partners), and the broader TA team to design and deliver best in class hiring strategies, improve process efficiency, and ensure a premium candidate experience aligned to our brand standards.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Lead
, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition delivery across Brand, Marketing, Digital, ECommerce, CRM and Insights, partnering with hiring leaders to define role requirements and execute targeted sourcing strategies for specialist and future-focused capabilities.
  • Act as a strategic talent partner and advisor, providing workforce planning insight, market intelligence, and guidance on capability gaps, role design and build‑vs‑buy decisions in collaboration with HRBPs and functional leaders.
  • Drive proactive pipelining and headhunting using advanced sourcing, talent mapping and digital platforms, while delivering a premium, consumer‑grade candidate experience aligned to the employer brand.
  • Manage recruitment agencies and external partners, governing supplier performance, diversity outcomes, compliance and ROI to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective hiring.
  • Champion fair, inclusive and data‑led hiring practices, optimising processes, tools and ATS/HRIS reporting to enhance efficiency, representation and continuous improvement.
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES

Put simply, the key things we’re looking for are:

  • Deep recruitment expertise across Brand, Marketing, Digital, CRM, Performance Marketing, ECommerce and consumer‑focused roles, with strong headhunting and direct sourcing capability using Boolean search and Linked In Recruiter.
  • Data‑driven and technically proficient in ATS/HRIS systems, leveraging hiring metrics and market intelligence to assess talent, inform decisions and optimise outcomes.
  • Trusted partner to senior stakeholders, able to influence, challenge and coach within complex, matrixed global environments while exercising sound judgement and ownership of delivery.
  • Champions fair, inclusive and bias‑aware hiring practices, embedding DEI principles and coaching managers on equitable, skills‑based assessment.
  • Collaborative, adaptable and delivery‑focused, operating with pace, creativity and accountability while consistently providing an exceptional candidate experience.
