• Build and manage financial models to support our business strategy and guide key decision-making.
• Analyze data from all areas of the business to identify opportunities for improvement and drive results.
• Help lead our quarterly and annual planning processes
  , set KPIs and OKRs, and create high-quality dashboards to track performance.
• Assist with fundraising efforts
  , investor communications, and strategic initiatives that support our long-term vision.
• Be hands-on in driving efficiency by identifying and improving processes to scale smartly without losing our edge.

• Background in FP&A, investment banking, investing, consulting, or a similar field with experience building models and conducting deep analysis in a high-growth environment.
• Attention to detail with the ability to tell a story using financials; strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and willingness to learn SQL.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay calm under pressure, and prioritize effectively.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and the ability to translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Willingness to dive in and drive real change; hands-on mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear slides and memos for engineers to executives.
• Openness to work out of our LA office in Marina Del Rey (3x per week).

• Experience in a startup or early-stage company; comfort with fast-paced, building-from-scratch environments.
• Familiarity with venture capital, fundraising, and the startup ecosystem.
• Experience in the prop-tech/construction-tech space or interest in AI-enabled solutions for the built environment.

The total compensation includes a competitive base salary
